Taarbæk Havn

Taarbæk Havn is a small, charming harbour with around 70 berths, run as an independent institution under Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality. It is a blend of fishing and leisure harbour, and the waiting list is closed — but around 600 guest boats visit each year.

Mooring at a green sign is for visitors, red signs require the harbour master's approval. Shore power, water, showers, toilets, washing machine, BBQ and a playground are at the harbour — there is no fuel, no slipway and no crane. This is a pure atmosphere harbour.

Taarbæk Kro sits right on the quay, and a pizzeria is 200 m south. A harbour bath and Rosenhaven swim spot are next door. Walking takes you to Dyrehaven (UNESCO), the Eremitage Palace and Bakken amusement park, and Klampenborg S-train reaches Copenhagen in 20 minutes.
