Przystań w Pomorsku

Przystań w Pomorsku is a modest riverside mooring on the middle Oder, set against the embankment of the village of Pomorsko in the gmina of Sulechów, Lubuskie voivodeship. The harbour belongs to the regional Oder waterway revival, a project that has rebuilt a chain of small landings between Cigacice and Krosno Odrzańskie to support inland boating and tourism on a river long dominated by commercial barge traffic.

The pier itself is short — a floating pontoon with a few finger berths and a beach-style launching slope for trailerable craft. Power, drinking water and a single sanitary cabin are available from spring through autumn. A roofed picnic shelter with grill and a bonfire ring sit a few metres above the bank, used as much by paddlers descending the Oder as by motor cruisers.

Pomorsko itself is a quiet farming village with a small Baroque palace and a riverside cycle route that leads downstream toward Cigacice and upstream toward the wine-growing slopes around Zielona Góra. For crews on a slow Oder passage, Przystań w Pomorsku offers a peaceful overnight halt between the busier marinas at Nowa Sól and Cigacice.
