Description
Sletten Havn lies just south of Humlebæk and is one of the best-preserved fishing harbours on the Øresund coast. About 150 carefully restored fisherman cottages frame the harbour, and the fishery is still active — an ice house, fish house and boat club sit on the quays.
The harbour holds around 115 berths along classic stone moles and shares space between cruisers and fishing boats. Shore power, water, showers, toilets, Wi-Fi, washing machine and tumble dryer are at the office, and the standard fee (typically DKK 140-300) covers all of it. A crane, slipway and boat yard are on site, and bicycles can be rented.
Restaurant Sletten sits right on the quay, and children can borrow crab gear and life vests from the harbour office's "treasure chest". It is a small place that draws plenty of weekend visitors precisely because it still feels like a real fishing harbour.
