Description

Mosede Fiskerihavn is run by an independent harbour association and is a living mix of commercial fishing and leisure sailing. The harbour holds about 100 berths along classic stone moles, and on the quay lies an anchor from the warship "Elefanten" — sunk in Køge Bay in 1710.

The services are solid: marine diesel (DKK 15.20/L by arrangement), shore power, water, showers, toilets, slipway, a 3-tonne crane (DKK 800), mast crane (DKK 200) and ice production (DKK 500/container). Guest moorings are marked in green, and anchoring is possible off the northern beach.

The dining scene is unusually rich for such a small harbour: seven eateries within 500 m — RØG (smokehouse), Jenners Seaside, Det Ny Røgeri, Burger Hytten and more. A sandy beach borders the harbour, the S-train reaches Copenhagen in 25 minutes, and sailing, rowing and diving clubs are active on site.
