Description
Kastrup Broforening is a 160-year-old association that operates its own small pier harbour just south of the larger Kastrup Lystbådehavn. Founded in 1865, it today holds about 100 berths, mostly for boats under 25 feet.
It is a working cooperative rather than a tourist marina: fixed berths along the pier, summer season from 1 May to 31 October and land storage in winter. Two slipways with rails and wire winches are available to members, and shore power, water, toilet and shower are on site — water is included, electricity is billed separately and only allowed for preparation and battery charging.
The location gives easy access to all the neighbour's facilities — restaurants, kiosk, beach and the Sneglen sea bath — without the larger marina's pricing. Metro M2 is right next door.
