Teglværkshavnen is not a public marina but a small enclosed basin in the Teglholmen canal district of Sydhavn. The basin belongs to a residential property run by Heimstaden, and berths are reserved for tenants — there is a waiting list at roughly DKK 15,000/year.
The area was developed after 2000 as part of Sluseholmen/Teglholmen's transformation from industry to residential canal grid, often described as Copenhagen's Venice. The entrance runs through Teglværksbroen bascule bridge from Sluseholmen.
